Every day includes freshly prepared breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner, served in a comfortable dining environment where residents can relax and share meals together.

Our menu evolves every month and is curated with guidance from a nutritionist to ensure balanced meals with the right mix of proteins, vegetables, and essential nutrients.
Resident feedback is regularly collected and the menu is refined to match changing preferences while maintaining nutritional balance.
We rotate seasonal vegetables, greens, and lentils to keep meals diverse in both taste and nutrition.

- Every meal is prepared fresh daily in our kitchen
- Chicken is sourced carefully, with birds under 1200 grams for tenderness
- Fish is served boneless for convenience
- Curd is never diluted with water



Daily Dining Rhythm
Typical Dining Schedule:
- Morning Coffee / Milk: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- Breakfast & Packed Lunch: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
- Hot Lunch: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
- Evening Snacks & Tea: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Dinner: 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM
For residents heading to work early, packed lunches are prepared by 7:30 AM, ensuring meals stay fresh until lunchtime.
Evening snacks change daily to keep the experience interesting.
Some branches also offer 24-hour access to tea, coffee, Aavin milk, and branded cookies for additional comfort.
Sunday Specials
Sundays bring a relaxed and festive dining experience.
Lunch is prepared as a special elaborate meal with separate vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
To balance the heavier lunch:
- Breakfast features English or continental options
- Dinner is kept light, usually with easily digestible dishes like idli
During festivals and celebrations, residents enjoy special festive menus that bring everyone together over traditional flavours.
