At Shri Ladies Hostel, every branch follows a distributed kitchen model, where meals are prepared onsite daily. Nothing is outsourced. We pride ourselves on freshness and quality of food.

Open and Transparent

Our open kitchen concept allows residents to see food preparation at any time. Every meal is carefully cooked, monitored, and served on-time with care and consistency.

Hygiene Without Compromise

Cleanliness is central to our operations. Our highly experienced chefs work with proper aprons, gloves, and caps. Food is stored in closed containers, preserved in dedicated refrigerators, and kept warm using bain-marie systems to maintain safety and taste.

The kitchen and storeroom are clean, organized, and always accessible for viewing.

Thoughtful Sourcing

Groceries are purchased every 15 days with strict expiry checks. We use branded masalas, sunflower oil, premium ghee, and high-quality rice sourced directly from the mill.

Vegetables are procured weekly and sorted for quality. Chicken and fish are purchased fresh on the day of cooking, with the cleaning process closely observed to ensure standards.

The Shri kitchen reflects the care we extend to every resident with wholesome food, prepared responsibly, in a space you can trust.
